When you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. When you save properties, we store the listing data, your price guesses, and any notes or photos you add.
Your data is used solely to provide the Sold Price service — tracking your property watchlist, recording your guesses, and calculating your accuracy stats. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal data.
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct your personal information.
