Community guess data is displayed in two phases. While a property is for sale, you can see a relative sentiment curve showing where your guess falls among other community guesses — but specific dollar amounts are hidden. Once a property sells, full guess amounts, accuracy rankings, and comparison data are revealed to all users who guessed on that property.
By using the Service, you agree that your anonymised guess data may be aggregated with other users' data and used for analytics, market research, and property market insights. Aggregated data may be shared with or licensed to third parties. This data is fully anonymised and cannot be traced back to individual users.
